Newly Designed Control Panel For Old Printing Machine

This control panel designed for the old printing machine. This printing machine already consists only two mechanical switches, one for turn on/off the machine and another one for feeding the papers. The new control panel consists fully functioned numeric keypad and LCD display. The control box used to control the main motor, vacuum pump and pneumatic valves.

1 Auto and Manual Operating

2 Main motor On/Off

3 Vacuum pump On/Off

4 Paper feeding On/Off

During the printing, the number of paper count display on the LCD screen. In Auto mode, the system counts the papers and automatically shut down the printer, when the counter reaches to a required number of printed papers
